This position will provide primary financial support for two Area Vice Presidents and their teams as well as support the Leadless pacemaker product segment within the US CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) organization.The Opportunity: You will work closely with leadership to develop a comprehensive understanding of the products, market, accounts, and business strategy. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to prepare forecasts, analytics and financial presentations.What You’ll Work On:Produce high impact business analyses and decision support to optimize sales growth, market share gains, impact of new product launches, and profitabilityCollaborate with commercial teams to evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives - continually monitor effectiveness and appropriatenessProvide leadership with current performance assessments, trend analyses, recommended success metrics and proposals for improvementsAnalyze procedure and revenue data by geography, account, product, and by sales rep/clinicalDevelop and recommend solutions in the areas of territory alignment, field force productivity, resource planning and expense managementPrepare sales and expense forecasts for LBE (Latest Best Estimate) planning purposes; develop action plans to achieve organizational objectivesOversee monthly financial closing activities as well as prepare financial modeling and ad hoc analysisRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field8+ years of experience performing financial and variance analysis, forecasting, planning, and financial modelingAbility to prioritize, influence, drive for results, meet deadlines and engage others to accomplish projects in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organizationTravel approximately 5%The base pay for this position is $99,300.00 – $198,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY:Financial Planning and AnalysisDIVISION:CRM Cardiac Rhythm ManagementLOCATION:United States > Austin : 8701 Bee Caves RdADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:WORK SHIFT:StandardTRAVEL:Yes, 5 % of the TimeMEDICAL SURVEILLANCE:Not ApplicableSIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES:Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day), Keyboard use (greater or equal to 50% of the workday)Abbott is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities/Women/Individuals with Disabilities/Protected Veterans.EEO is the Law link - English: is the Law link - Espanol:
