Job Title: Supply Chain Lead

Department: Production

Reports to: Distribution Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/ Hourly

Location: Quincy, Fl

POSITION SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the department, working together with the Department Supervisor & Manager. Responsible for ensuring data accuracy for what is processed by the department and cooperating with management on a fluctuating workload that may require changing tasks to focus on priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect product to ensure all labels are present
• Ensuring all items are documented during the many processes
• Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices "cGMPs"
• Keep the working space clean and organized
• Assisting other departments as needed
• Understands quality measures and KPI linkage to site results and vision
• Follow and meet team goals set by management
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Monitor team performance and report on daily metrics
• Motivate team members
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 - 5 years of proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• The ability to direct and drive personnel towards maximum performance is required
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• A degree in Management or Business is a plus
• Forklift equipment experience

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
• Must be able to pass comprehensive background screening

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
• Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
