About the Position

Unit: PCU/Stepdown
Number of beds: 55 
Patient population: Adult, peds--rarely and if they have, they are 15 and older.
RN Ratio (Nights): 1:4
Shifts: 12 hour Nights

Requirements

Required certs: ACLS, BLS
Minimum 2 years of recent relevant experience required. 
Active NE RN or Compact License Required. 
Other needed competencies: Telemetry
EMR: EPIC
Equipment Available: Mechanical lifts in every other room
Float: Yes, ideally to MS areas. Float will depend on highest need.
Patient Experience challenges/focus: hourly rounding and responsiveness.
Weekend requirements: E/O weekend
