DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)

Title: Dishwasher Location: Reynolds – 6700 Hollister, Houston, TX 77040 Schedule: Full‑time, 6:00 am – 3:30 pm (days may vary) Pay: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour Requirement: Dishwasher experience required Job Summary Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to the dishwashing machine. Wash pots, pans and trays according to assigned procedures. Polish silver using a burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel or hand cloth. Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures. Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards. Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards. Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces. Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Assist with loading and unloading of supplies and products. Perform other duties as assigned.
