Role Overview We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Fundraising Officer (CCFO) to support all fundraising activities for Security 2.0, Inc.In this pivotal executive role, you will support our fund raising activity, architect and execute the initial $2M seed fundraising via Simple Agreement for Equity (SAFE), followed by Series A Venture Capital fundraising effort for 32M. You will report directly to the CEO, working in close collaboration with product, operations, and investor relations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement multi-stage fundraising strategies.
• Support efforts to a chieve initial $2M seed round (via Simple Agreement for Equity (SAFE).
• Identify, engage, and secure relationships with angels, venture capitalists, other investors.
• Drive investor outreach, pitch processes, due diligence, term sheet negotiations, and closing.
• Establish fundraising timelines, budgeting, KPIs, and performance analytics.
• Oversee all regulatory compliance, investor documentation, and capital reporting.
• Advise on financial modeling, valuation scenarios, and equity structuring.
• Advise CEO/founder and leadership on fundraising trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Bridge product vision, business model, and investor communications.
• Cultivate and steward ongoing investor relations, reporting, and updates.

·Brand and Community Engagement: ·Support the development of pitch decks to attract investors aligned with our mission and vision. Qualifications:

• Proven track record in raising funds (seed, VC, SAFE) for tech startups or media/AI ventures.
• Deep knowledge of equity instruments, SAFE agreements, and venture capital processes.
• Exceptional communication, pitch, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic acumen with ability to drive both early-stage and growth-stage fundraising.
• Networked in venture capital, security, media & entertainment or B2B SaaS/AI sectors.
• Experience in financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Driven, ethical, and passionate about creating impact in security, AI, and media innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or similar advanced credentials preferred.

Compensation Structure As an early-stage, pre-Series A startup, we offer a competitive equity package with a standard 4-year vesting schedule (including a 1-year cliff) to provide meaningful ownership in our company’s growth. While our base salaries are below typical market rates for a traditional or long-standing organization, we provide deferred cash compensation that will be paid upon successful completion of our Series A funding.
