This will include project schedule, budget, product cost targets and technical performance. This position covers definition and management of all activities from inception to successful factory and field implementation.Relocation assistance is available for this position. On a typical day you will:Project Planning and Goal Setting: Defining the project scope, objectives, tasks, and deliverables, while creating a detailed roadmap to guide the team.Resource and Budget Management: Allocating resources (personnel, materials) and monitoring costs to keep the project within the approved budget. Team Leadership and Motivation: Building a team, assigning tasks based on strengths, and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure success. Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identifying potential risks early, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues that arise during project execution. Monitoring Progress and Reporting: Tracking performance against deadlines and milestones, conducting regular meetings, and preparing documentation for stakeholders.
