This ensures each team member is actively taking at least one to two shifts weekly and helps us maintain consistent, reliable care for our clients.Accurate documentation is an essential part of providing safe, high-quality care. Caregivers are required to complete detailed shift notes in our caregiving app at the end of every visit, documenting the care provided, the client’s condition, and any changes observed.Clear communication through documentation helps ensure continuity of care between caregivers and keeps families and the care team informed.Caregivers who take pride in thorough documentation and professional communication are highly valued on our team.Senior Helpers is a nationally recognized provider of in-home non-medical care.
