Shipping Clerk

Shipping & Receiving – Uniontown, PA (Fayette County)

Pay: $19–$21 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Impact Workforce Solutions is partnering with Legrand to hire a Shipping and Receiving in Uniontown, PA. This is a full-time opportunity with steady hours, paid training, and a strong benefits package.

Schedule Options

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (work 36 hours, get paid for 40)

Training: All new hires will complete 3–6 weeks of training on 1st shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll help ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and shipped on time. Responsibilities include:

• Pulling and packing orders for shipment

• Verifying items against order details for accuracy

• Labeling packages and preparing shipments (UPS, FedEx, LTL)

• Loading and unloading trucks as needed

• Using scanners and basic computer systems to track orders

• Supporting other warehouse functions as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or material handling role is helpful

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Comfortable using a computer or scanning system

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Team player with reliable attendance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Able to stand and move throughout your shift

• Willing to follow safety guidelines and wear PPE
