Assistant Field Marketing Manager

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Assistant Field Marketing Manager to support field marketing efforts within their assigned territory. This role is ideal for a motivated, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment, enjoys supporting and developing teams, and is passionate about creating memorable brand experiences that drive growth for a rapidly expanding home improvement company. What You’ll Do Support the Field Marketing Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating a high‑performing field marketing team within your territory Assist in the planning, managing, and execution of field marketing initiatives to generate high‑quality sales leads Help manage the event calendar, including scheduling, logistics, execution, and post‑event performance analysis Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts’ exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, confidently showcasing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and Skybrook Kitchen products and services Engage with prospective customers through professional, consultative conversations Support sales growth by following up on leads and scheduling qualified sales appointments Assist with additional marketing initiatives, including outbound calls and lead nurturing Track, analyze, and report event performance to optimize future marketing strategies Support new market launches and assist with training and onboarding new team members as needed Who You Are Energetic, outgoing, and confident engaging with diverse audiences Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation Prior leadership or field marketing experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Self‑motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally with branded marketing materials Benefits Competitive salary plus commission opportunities Company vehicle and gas card Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options Ongoing professional development and leadership growth opportunities Career advancement within a rapidly growing organization Supportive, team‑oriented culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Bath & Cabinet Experts
