POSITION: MAKE READY TECH

Job Responsibilities:
• Complete apartment make-readies and turns in a timely manner
• Perform repairs, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep on vacant units
• Ensure units are fully move-in ready before scheduled move-ins
• Assist with exterior property maintenance and curb appeal
• Complete work orders and maintenance tasks as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the property
• Communicate effectively with property staff regarding unit status and deadlines
• Support the maintenance team with additional duties as needed

Qualifications:
• Previous apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures
• Experience with appliance repairs, preventative maintenance, pools, or irrigation systems is a plus
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality required
• Must provide own basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Basic computer or smartphone skills helpful for work order systems
