DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center)
DESC's Crisis Solutions Center in Seattle provides stabilization services for clients in behavioral health crises. Case managers collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement detailed, client-centered care plans, facilitate counseling, and ensure services align with mental health, substance use, and primary care teams. You will develop short-term care plans, assist with access to community resources, maintain complete records, and participate in trainings. #J-18808-Ljbffr DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center)
