Quality Assurance Test Automation Engineer

Digital Intelligence Systems (DISYS) is looking for a talented Quality Assurance Test Automation Engineer to join the collaborative Content Management Technical Team at a foremost healthcare provider’s IT Solutions Group. This long-term consulting opportunity is suitable for a San Francisco Bay Area resident.

Position Overview:

• Analyze product and technical user stories and create and execute relevant testable scenarios.
• Prepare Test Strategy documentation.
• Develop, maintain and execute test automation using Selenium.
• Participate in release planning, sprint planning, and technical design reviews; provide input as appropriate.
• Partner with engineers, business owners, and other team members as appropriate.
• Find and appropriately document defects and validate fixes.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of project.

Required:

• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Experience with Manual and Automation testing of large, complex content-based web applications.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium.
• Experience with extensive knowledge of formal testing methodologies, test automation techniques, perf testing and defect reporting process.
• Experience testing various Web Browsers and Mobile Platforms.
• Experience in preparing test plans, test cases and test strategy documentation.
• Ability to implement technical solution which meets all functional/non-functional requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
