Job Summary Summary Full-time opportunity at Women’s Life Imaging, Wentworth-Douglass Hospital (WDH) in Somersworth, NH. The schedule is Weekdays in Somersworth, NH 10:00AM – 6:30 PM, including one weekday off and Saturday coverage (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) at the WDH Main Campus in Dover, NH. The Administration Imaging Specialist II is responsible for the coordination, management, import/export, tracking, and distribution of radiology imaging and reports across multiple healthcare systems and outside facilities. This role supports radiologists, physicians, surgery centers, cancer conferences, breast imaging research, and patient care operations by ensuring timely and accurate imaging availability, documentation, communication, and record maintenance. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of medical imaging systems, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workflows both independently and collaboratively.
