Job Title: Client Child Health RN - Labor & Delivery Profession: Client Child Health (MCH) Specialty: Labor & Delivery (LD) - Critical Need Duration: 12 Months Shift: 12 Hours Hours per Shift: 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Experience: 1 year recent full-time equivalent experience. Five (5) plus years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery preferred. One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years is preferred. License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: Basic Life Support Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program Must-Have: ACLS Description: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. High Risk OB experience preferred. Enable Skills-Based Hiring. Ensure compliance with all job requirements. Provide patient-centered care and support in Labor and Delivery settings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality obstetric care. Assess and manage complex clinical situations involving mother and newborn. Maintain current knowledge of medical practices and protocols. Participate in continued education and training opportunities. Adhere to safety and quality standards in patient care. Demonstrate effective communication skills with patients and their families.
