Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for a senior business development manager. The senior business development manager will play a key role in expanding market presence across Texas, with planned reach into the broader Midwest territory. This position is built for a proven business development professional with deep experience in clean room and controlled environment markets, particularly within pharmaceutical and regulated industries. The role mirrors a successful paired-territory model already in place, working in tandem with an existing regional sales leader to cover a large, high-opportunity geography.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on Texas, with planned expansion into Midwest markets
• Leverage an established book of business within pharmaceutical, clean room, or controlled environment sectors
• Drive new client acquisition while expanding and strengthening existing customer relationships
• Work in close partnership with another senior sales leader to ensure coordinated territory coverage
• Engage senior client stakeholders through consultative, solution-oriented sales conversations
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales activity with broader revenue objectives
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM discipline
• Represent the organization professionally at client meetings and industry events

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling into clean room or controlled environment markets is required
• Established book of business within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue quickly with minimal onboarding or technical ramp-up
• Strong consultative sales approach with experience engaging executive-level decision-makers
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with peer sales leaders
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
• Experience navigating competitive markets, including situations involving non-compete considerations
