The Commercial Growth Enablement (GET) team includes activities such as managing commercial opportunities, sales operations, strategic prospecting, managing requests for proposals (RFP) and proposals, preparing presentations (orals), and developing commercial supports to support Huron's commercial activities. The Sales Enablement team collaborates with the Business Units (BU) and commercial teams to develop content and supports, manage proposals and support the preparation of client presentations. The Senior Associate acts as a key resource for the development and management of responses to RFPs, proposals, presentations and commercial supports in the context of Huron's commercial opportunities. They collaborate with the Business Units, commercial teams and various contributors to define and manage schedules and deliverables for several opportunities simultaneously. Responsibilities include collaborating with opportunity teams to manage and write RFPs/proposals/orals/supports with limited supervision, defining the structure of launch and review meetings, developing schedules, contributing to the writing of content, coordinating stakeholders to meet deadlines, and identifying and escalating risks or obstacles as necessary. This position also contributes to the standardization of practices for managing RFPs/proposals/orals/supports and client deliverables at Huron. Proficiency in French and English is required.

Responsibilities

Development of RFPs / proposals / orals / supports

• Writing RFP/proposals/orals/supports content with limited supervision
• Collaborating with opportunity managers and solution architects to define the approach, key messages, differentiators, activities, deliverables and milestones
• Collecting information by interviewing contributors and experts (SMEs) to produce content aligned with client needs
• Providing advice and feedback to improve content quality
• Using templates and applying best practices in writing to ensure readability, coherence and quality
• Performing independent checks for compliance and relevance of content
• Producing client-facing documents in French and English

Management of RFPs / proposals / orals / supports

• Managing multiple RFP/proposals/orals/supports processes in parallel
• Leading launch activities (kick-off), including planning, coordination of stakeholders, organization of meetings and structuring of documents
• Managing the administrative aspects of proposal development, including schedules and final submission
• Monitoring the real-time progress of content development (texts and visuals)
• Identifying risks and escalating them if necessary
• Coordinating independently with internal teams (e.g., legal)
• Writing certain sections of proposals/orals independently
• Promoting Huron standards and best practices in proposal development
• Leading key meetings (kick-off, reviews, contributor interviews)
• Verifying compliance with RFP requirements
• Managing validations, signatures and final delivery to the client on time
• Communicating clearly and in a timely manner with stakeholders (in French and/or English)

Internal contribution

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Huron solutions, offerings and messages
• Following milestones and performance indicators (including win/loss)
• Managing records in Salesforce and ensuring data quality
• Maintaining alignment with the GET team in the United States to ensure consistency of practices
• Collaborating with US GET teams on cross-functional or multi-region opportunities

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing, writing and coordinating RFPs/proposals/orals/supports
• Ability to write structured and quality content while respecting internal and market standards
• Ability to research, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources
• Excellent relationship and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a demanding environment
• Ability to propose ideas and improve processes and deliverables

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint

• Bachelor's degree minimum required
• APMP, Shipley Proposal Management or any equivalent training in proposal writing preferred
