Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in at a busy food manufacturing plant, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a team that values innovation and professionalism.

DayTimeThur07:00 PM - 03:00 AMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the commercial property, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards according to site procedures.
- Complete routine reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and daily activities, while supporting a professional environment for occupants and guests.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
