We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients navigate their insurance needs, and providing exceptional service with every interaction. As a key member of our agency, you'll assist clients by answering questions, processing policy changes, coordinating with insurance carriers, and ensuring each customer receives prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly service. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist clients with policy questions, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage changes.
- Process policy updates, renewals, and other service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Work with insurance carriers to resolve client concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare insurance quotes when appropriate and explain coverage options to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.
- Support producers and other team members with administrative and client service tasks.
- Build lasting relationships by providing proactive, professional, and compassionate service.
- Previous Property & Casualty insurance experience strongly preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
- Comfortable learning new technology and agency management systems.
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.
- Team-oriented with a genuine passion for helping others.
