We strive to maintain an environment where our employees can grow and further their skills and careers while being a part of a strong team.ResponsibilitiesResolve conflict among team membersGuides and directs clerical and clinical team membersConduct routine meetings/huddles to maintain open communication amongst all site-specific team members/departmentsServe as the first point of contact for the assigned practice locationWork with other Supervisors to ensure appropriate staffing levels in all areas of the assigned practice locationExercise time management skills to allow filling in the front and back office as necessaryPerform administrative tasks in the HRIS system for assigned staffEnsure all new hires receive comprehensive training and orientation to their respective rolesAddresses and works to resolve patient concerns/complaints that originate from assigned practice locationQualificationsRegistered or Certified Medical Assistant5 years of clinical experienceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service and computer skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsFriendly, personable demeanorDetail orientedWe are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
