As a Senior Production Planner, youll utilize your skills and talents to represent the production and material planning function on concurrent engineering teams. Essentially, youll compile and monitor monthly production schedules, create complex material structures in the material planning tool and identify process flow improvements and implement. Youll also prepare labor and material forecasts as requested and interface periodically with supply chain or suppliers on delivery issues and problem resolution.

The candidate will be able to:

• Work in a fast-paced environment ensuring adherence to all required standards and procedures.
• Adapt quickly as priorities change and new designs are being iterated upon.
• Have strong communication skills both verbally & in writing, keeping the team and all stakeholders apprised of priorities and commitments.
• Collaborate with many stakeholders to maintain proper priorities and meeting commitments.
• Identify and resolve material constraints with supply chain and coordinate the delivery and inspection of materials to ensure on time production.
• Partner with the Master Schedulers to ensure production and the schedules are in sync.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree.
• Advanced understanding of material planning tools, concepts and methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of MRP/ERP principles
• Advanced knowledge of government compliance regulations

Salary Note This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range USD $74,268.00 - USD $80,360.00 /Yr.
