Security Operations Manager

Leading the organization's Security Operations Center (SOC) function, the full-time Security Operations Manager will ensure continuous threat detection, incident response, and identity governance across enterprise systems while enhancing the overall security posture in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee 24x7 SOC operations, managing threat detection, triage, investigation, and response processes Own the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, driving role-based access control and compliance with regulatory access requirements Lead and mentor security analysts while defining the roadmap for SOC and IAM maturity aligned to NIST CSF and Zero Trust principles Required Qualifications: 5-7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including leadership roles Strong expertise in SOC operations, SIEM, EDR, and incident response Hands-on experience with IAM, including RBAC, SSO, MFA, and lifecycle automation Experience with cloud security, particularly in the Azure and Microsoft ecosystem Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, and HIPAA
