England. Over the Road Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance with state and local laws and C.R. England policies. Mentors get paid for all miles the truck moves and can earn extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives. Responsibilities Deliver to the 48 lower states. Handle no‑touch freight, primarily refrigerated goods and some dry freight. Utilize home weekly opportunities. Earn mentor and network bonuses, as well as safety bonus incentives. Operate top‑of‑the‑line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53‑ft dry van trailers. Driver Requirements Valid Class A CDL. 25 years of age or older. 6+ months of recent CDL‑A tractor‑trailer driving experience.
