Department and Location Marketing NewYork, NY The Impact You Will Have As the Events Marketing Manager at Elliptic, your primary responsibility will be to execute and enhance marketing campaigns tailored towards driving engagement across our enterprise target accounts and small to medium accounts. You will play the central role in creating, managing and driving return across Elliptic-led events, trade shows, conference sponsorships, webinars, and speaking opportunities. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, Brand, Campaigns and Creative, you will be a pivotal part of our demand generation and creative team. Key Responsibilities Take charge of all aspects of event management, from researching and planning to project management and logistics, including shipping, printing, and promotion. Work closely with the Marketing Director, internal stakeholders, and agencies to develop and execute high performing virtual and in-person events, aligned with flagship brand and lead generation campaigns. Manage event marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and delivering a strong return on investment. Keep a pulse on industry events, submit our speakers for new panels, and brainstorm innovative ways to create impactful Elliptic experiences. Partner with internal and external teams to craft compelling social media content, and build employee advocacy. Collaborate with the design lead to develop creative assets that maintain brand consistency and resonate with audiences at each stage of the customer journey. Own understanding of our target accounts and segments, ensuring campaigns and event promotion are tailored effectively, and monitor impact through comprehensive reporting. Utilize internal communication channels to develop comprehensive campaign toolkits and event briefings for sales and customer success teams, fostering anticipation and engagement around campaign launches and key events.
