Cobaltix is looking for a technology consultant with experience working directly with clients, planning and implementing projects. Time management and excellent communication are key. Our team IS our reputation, and clients rely on us, so learning on the job is a constant.

Total comp is $110k-$130k (base salary plus monthly bonus). This is a local role that typically means being on-site with our clients, and it is not a contract position.

These are the technology skills that are required:

• Azure administration, migrations, and troubleshooting (cloud-only and hybrid environments)
• Virtualization and backup technology (Hyper-V and Veeam are common)
• Entra ID and Microsoft 365 identity management.
• Security including VPNs, MFA,SSO, EDR and ITDR solutions.
• Administration of common mail, file sharing and messaging systems.
• Intune, AutoPilot, and JAMF device management and deployment
• PowerShell and scripting using APIs; Bash and Python scripting is a bonus.
• Networking in Azure, Meraki, Palo Alto and integration between physical and cloud infrastructure.

Real experience, not just book learning or certs. Other experience (AWS, Linux, storage, distributed environments) is a plus, too.

Sales Engineers and Project Managers won’t be a match for this position.
