Housekeeper/ Laundry Attendant

We’re looking for a Housekeeper to join our Victoria Court Memory Care team!

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, and is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle reasonable guests’ complaints/requests and inform others when required
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
• Able to maintain work pace appropriate to given workload.
• Perform activities on schedule while maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.
• Operate commercial washer and dryer and other cleaning equipment normally associated with position.
• Stock laundry and cleaning cart with supplies.
• Maintain clean laundry room and keep chemicals in an orderly fashion.
• Fold lines and resident clothing articles.
• Change resident bedding.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize common areas, common restrooms, and residents' rooms and bathrooms.

• Proven working experience in relevant field
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Helpful with customer service orientation
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail

Work Schedule:

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
