We are seeking an organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of our U.S. businesses by executing marketing initiatives that generate awareness, customer engagement, and sales opportunities. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this individual contributor role will partner closely with the sales team to coordinate marketing activities, manage events, maintain digital content, create promotional materials, and support product promotion across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing marketing strategies that strengthen our brands, support business development efforts, and enhance customer engagement throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Execution

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns that support sales objectives and increase brand awareness.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies for new product launches and existing product promotions.
• Support lead generation initiatives through digital and traditional marketing channels.

Sales Support

• Partner with the sales team to develop marketing tools, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of product samples, promotional items, and sales collateral.
• Manage inventory levels of marketing materials and product samples, including maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Prepare and coordinate shipments of marketing materials and sample products to customers, prospects, distributors, and events.

Content Development

• Create and update marketing content including: product flyers, brochures, product sheets, presentations, and digital content.
• Ensure branding consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Website & Digital Content Management

• Maintain and update company websites with current product information, news, events, and marketing content.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure website content remains accurate and up to date.
• Assist with social media content planning and execution.

Trade Shows & Events

• Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, including planning, logistics, booth materials, promotional items, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
• Support customer events, product demonstrations, distributor meetings, and industry conferences.
• Manage event schedules, registrations, shipping requirements, and vendor coordination.
• Track event budgets and return-on-investment metrics.

Public Relations & Influencer Outreach

• Manage marketing communications with industry publications, partners, and external agencies.
• Support relationships with influencers, trade organizations, and industry associations to expand brand visibility.
• Coordinate press releases, product announcements, and promotional communications.
• Assist in creating content that strengthens the company's reputation and market presence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Leadership teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of marketing coordination, marketing specialist, or similar experience.
• Experience in B2B manufacturing, industrial, construction, security, or related environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms preferred.
• Graphic design experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Creative thinker with a customer-focused mindset.
