OR RN Travel Contract – 4x10 Day Shift

Shift:
• Day 4x10s | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hrs/week

Schedule Details:
• Weekend requirement included in call only
• Call: 12–15 days in a 6-week schedule
• Minimum 2 weekends of call required

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years OR experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must be flexible to float within Main OR and Piedmont Macon North Hospital as needed

Important Notes:
• Max 7 days RTO allowed
• Locals accepted at same rate
• Full compliance required before start date
• Delayed compliance may push start back by 2 weeks due to orientation scheduling

Holiday Requirements:
• Travelers must work required holidays during assignment based on holiday schedule

Additional Info:
• Aya Offer eligible after clinical pass and facility approval
• Orientation hours based on contract length
