The firm specializes in representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries in incidents such as commercial truck, automobile, and slip‑and‑fall accidents. Additionally, the Social Security Disability section actively assists clients with appeals for denied disability claims. With a robust trial and appellate practice, the firm has successfully handled over 100 jury trials, workers' compensation cases, and appeals up to the North Carolina Supreme Court. Led by experienced attorneys, including a Board Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability, the team is dedicated to advocating for clients with life‑changing injuries and disabilities. Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Litigation Paralegal, based in Raleigh, NC, with some opportunities to work from home. The Litigation Paralegal will handle legal document preparation, review legal documents, conduct legal research, and assist in the drafting of pleadings and motions. The role involves collaborating with attorneys to support case management, trial preparation, and legal proceedings. Qualifications Proficiency in legal document preparation and document review Strong skills in legal research Experience with drafting pleadings and motions Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency with legal research tools and case‑management software Paralegal certification or equivalent experience is preferred Experience in personal injury or disability law is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
