Inclusion Teacher

Job Details We are seeking to appoint a committed, resilient and highly motivated Inclusion Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join Blaise High School and become an integral member of the Pastoral team, making a significant difference to the lives of young people who face significant barriers to attendance and behaviour. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a bespoke timetable and supporting students to successfully reintegrate into mainstream school. Our schools collaborate to share best practice while retaining distinct character. Responsibilities Act as a tutor and key adult for identified students. Teach an adapted core and wider curriculum to individuals and small groups. Provide targeted academic and pastoral support. Develop positive relationships with students and their families. Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to secure the best possible outcomes for young people. Candidate Profile Demonstrates a genuine passion for education and a commitment to improving the life chances of all students. Has the temperament and resilience to remain calm under pressure. Holds an unwavering belief in every child’s ability to succeed. Is fully aligned with the vision, values and ambitions of Blaise High School. Is proficient in using data to inform decision‑making, or is willing to develop this skill. Is committed to working collaboratively with families, colleagues and external professionals. Has excellent communication, organisational and relationship‑building skills.
