A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working Effective verbal and written communication skills. 18 years or older is preferred. Physical Requirements Standing for long periods of time. Lifting up to 30 lbs. Must have holiday and weekend availability.
