Loan Collections & Workout Specialist
Jobtailor
Jobtailor is seeking an experienced collections agent to manage delinquent loan accounts in Riverside, CA, with onsite work. You will collect on loans at all delinquency stages, identify hardship causes with Members, and propose personalized payment options. You will conduct inbound and outbound calls, document all interactions in the collection systems, and ensure compliance with FDCPA, TCPA, SCRA, BSA, and Credit Union policies.
