What You'll Do As an Evening Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to recipes and specifications.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Assisting the culinary team with food prep tasks to ensure a seamless dinner service.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold our high standards.
- Collaborating with team members to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
We’re searching for a candidate who brings:
- 5 years of experience in a kitchen or culinary setting.
- Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of food preparation techniques.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
- A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
