IT Coordinator

Trillium Staffing is seeking an IT Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Oshkosh, WI. Pay: $26.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. The IT Coordinator will provide day‑to‑day technical support to employees while maintaining the organization’s computer systems, hardware, and software. This position is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, configuring new equipment, maintaining software, and helping ensure technology systems operate efficiently across the organization. The ideal IT Coordinator is organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to support multiple users while managing competing priorities. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and operating systems Set up and configure computers, workstations, and related equipment Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner Install, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and ERP systems Train employees on technology, systems, and software as needed Maintain documentation related to IT issues, system updates, and changes Prioritize multiple support requests while providing strong customer service Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Coordinator who can provide reliable technical support and help maintain efficient, secure, and dependable technology systems throughout the organization. Required Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience At least two years of IT support or help desk experience Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and support multiple users Ability to manage competing priorities and provide responsive technical support Preferred Qualifications Previous IT experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with Active Directory, VMware, and Veeam Experience with Sage 100 or E2 Shop System Familiarity with CAD software, including AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks Trillium is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Trillium Staffing
