Accounting Data Entry Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the research and development sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Data Entry Specialist to join their team. As an Accounting Data Entry Specialist, you will be supporting the R&D department by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical data. Job Title: Bilingual Accounting Data Entry Specialist
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Accounting Data Entry Specialist to support high-volume data processes within our ERP system. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy and integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Research & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage large volumes of data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Convert and migrate legacy data into the D365 ERP system
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies
• Review and reconcile Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and completeness
• Partner with the R&D team to maintain consistent and reliable data standards

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (D365 strongly preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulation, reconciliation)
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or data-driven environments
• Ability to efficiently manage repetitive tasks and large datasets
