The Licensed Barber plays a key role in a team environment, delivering quality haircutting, shaving, and beard grooming services to clients. Working full-time hours, the barber expertly manages customer consultations and appointments using a combination of scheduling methods. This position also includes opportunities to earn sales commissions through product sales.
Responsibilities
- Perform haircutting, shaving, and beard grooming services
- Conduct customer consultations to understand client needs
- Manage appointment scheduling through multiple methods
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service
- Promote and sell barber-related products to clients
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of barbering experience
- Valid state barber license
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong skills in haircutting, shaving, and beard grooming
- Customer service expertise with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Professional demeanor and work ethic
