Family Law Legal Assistant

Adams & Martin Group has an immediate opening for an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant to join our client's Overland Park office. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can provide high-level support to two to three newer attorneys in the early stages of their practice, while helping ensure organization, efficiency, and strong client service across matters. The ideal candidate will, among other duties as assigned: draft and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery; manage attorney calendars and deadlines; assist with case strategy and file management; and provide administrative and organizational support. This position also plays an important role in helping guide and support newer attorneys as they develop their practice. Excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset are essential. Participation in ongoing learning and development, along with a willingness to mentor and collaborate with team members, is expected.
