Assistant Manager

Role Overview: The Assistant Service Center Manager supports the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional car maintenance and customer service. Responsibilities include performing oil changes, supervising daily operations, training staff, building customer loyalty, managing work schedules, assisting with inventory, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards. Key Skills & Qualifications: Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in KPI analysis. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled settings.
