Director of Ecommerce & Shopify Growth

Shinola is seeking a Director of Ecommerce to lead Shinola.com, owning strategy, P&L, and growth in a premium, luxury lifestyle brand. You’ll drive Shopify platform evolution, digital merchandising, and site optimization while coordinating with Marketing, Retail, and Technology to deliver exceptional omnichannel experiences.
You will build and mentor a high‑performing team, push data‑driven decisions, and manage a roadmap that enhances customer journeys and accelerates online revenue.
