Located in Woodstock, IL Salary: 24-30 CNC Machinist - Woodstock, ILOur client, in Woodstock IL, is seeking a well-rounded CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC turning centers and machining centers to produce high-quality precision parts. CNC Machinist Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 6:30am - 3:00pm
- Friday: 6:30am - 12:30pm
- $25.00 - $30.00/hr (Based on experience)
- Program, set up, and operate CNC turning and/or machining centers
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions for accurate production
- Perform inspections using gauges and precision measuring tools
- Load/unload materials safely and maintain efficient production flow
- Document production data and identify process improvements
- Experience programming and operating CNC machines (turning and/or milling)
- Ability to independently set up jobs and read technical drawings
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools and quality standards
- G- Code/conversational programming and Fusion 360 experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Temperature-controlled manufacturing facility
- Standing, walking, and operating machinery for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, material handling, and hands-on work
- Exposure to standard manufacturing equipment and processes
