Your work will include intake sessions, therapy appointments, care planning, progress reviews, and documentation through a secure virtual platform.This role is designed for a clinician who can create a reliable therapeutic space online, listen closely, guide clients through realistic treatment goals, and support progress in a way that feels clear and manageable for the client.Location: Kentucky Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMResponsibilitiesHold scheduled virtual counseling sessions with clientsComplete biopsychosocial assessments and review relevant client historyBuild treatment plans that reflect each client's concerns and goalsProvide therapy for emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal challengesTeach practical coping tools clients can use between sessionsRecognize changes in risk, functioning, or symptoms and respond appropriatelyRecord clinical notes, treatment updates, and required forms in the EHRProtect client privacy in all remote communication and documentationStay aligned with Kentucky counseling regulations and professional standards
