Position Overview As our Marketing Coordinator, you will own the top of the sales funnel, helping generate qualified leads and build brand awareness across every marketing channel. You’ll manage our digital presence, coordinate advertising campaigns, create compelling content, work with outside agencies, and ensure our brand is consistently represented across social media, print, email, video, and the web. You’ll work directly with ownership to develop marketing strategies that generate leads, increase conversions, and fuel company growth. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation Own the top of the sales funnel by driving new homeowner inquiries and estimate requests Execute marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality residential leads Track marketing KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI, and campaign performance Identify new opportunities to increase market awareness and drive revenue growth Manage lead flow from first contact through estimate scheduling Digital Marketing Manage and grow all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Plan and publish engaging content showcasing projects, before-and-after transformations, and customer testimonials Coordinate photo and video shoots with field teams Manage Google Business Profile updates and local SEO initiatives Assist with website updates, landing pages, and blog content Support email marketing campaigns and customer nurture sequences Paid Advertising Coordinate Meta, Google, and other digital advertising campaigns Work with outside marketing agencies and vendors to optimize advertising performance Monitor budgets and campaign results Analyze data and recommend improvements to maximize return on investment Brand Management Maintain a consistent luxury brand image across all customer touchpoints Design and coordinate marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, vehicle wraps, apparel, direct mail, and promotional items Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding standards Help strengthen Gallagher Paint & Paper's reputation as the premier painting company on the North Shore Client Experience & Sales Support Answer inbound calls, texts, website inquiries, and social media messages Qualify prospective clients and schedule estimates Deliver an exceptional first impression that reflects our premium brand Support the sales team by ensuring every lead receives prompt follow-up Community & Relationship Marketing Coordinate partnerships with interior designers, builders, real estate professionals, and local organizations Plan customer appreciation events and community sponsorships Represent Gallagher Paint & Paper at networking events and local functions when needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred 1-3 years of marketing, branding, or social media experience Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is a plus Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and email marketing platforms is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously What We're Looking For A creative thinker who also loves analytics and measurable results Someone who takes ownership and treats the business like it's their own A strong storyteller who understands how to create content that connects with homeowners A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-growing environment Someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing across departments A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for building something special Why Join Gallagher Paint & Paper Work directly with ownership and help shape the future of a rapidly growing company Have a direct impact on company growth and revenue Build and lead the marketing strategy for a premium home services brand Opportunity for advancement into Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing as the company expands Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas are valued Competitive compensation with performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off If you're passionate about marketing, branding, and helping build an industry-leading company, we'd love to hear from you.
