WHAT YOU’LL DO

Bring Presidio life through distinct, impactful, creative content that reflects our values and mission. Craft compelling content and campaigns across digital channels — including web, email, paid advertising, social media, and collateral with a focus on beautiful, intuitive experiences. Leverage AI tools to enhance creative execution, content generation, personalization, and optimization for greater efficiency and reach. Design, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement, and leads. Oversee social media strategy, content design, and delivery while maintaining brand consistency and meticulous data integrity in CRM and marketing systems. Collaborate cross-functionally to explore creative opportunities, manage brand partnerships, and align efforts with our goal of transforming healthcare. Navigate complex topics in ethical healthcare with an iterative, detail-oriented process to deliver stunning results from concept to execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Passionate about Presidio’s Christian, pro-life mission with a solid understanding of health insurance and the brokenness we’re working to dismantle. Proven hands‑on experience in digital marketing and creative execution, with a strong portfolio showcasing beautiful, impactful work across channels. Exceptional visual and written communicator who can distill complex healthcare topics into clear, caring, and delightful content and experiences. Highly detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to processes, data integrity, and project delivery. Proficient in modern tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney), and marketing automation/software. Leverage AI confidently to enhance creativity, efficiency personalization, and analytics. Start‑up oriented, highly motivated, autonomous and passionate about making meaningful contributions and shaping the future of this nascent organization. Based in the U.S., with preference for Indianapolis, Dallas/Fort Worth, or San Diego areas.

COMPENSATION RANGE

The pay for this role is $50,000 - $90,000 per year, or hourly equivalent on a pro-rated contract basis. The compensation range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of factors. Actual compensation may vary based on (but not limited to) relevant work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, geographic location, and business considerations.
