Job Details Job Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary/year Front of House Manager Kaluz Restaurants | Broward & Palm Beach Counties, FL Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually Kaluz Restaurants is seeking an experienced and polished Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for a hospitality professional who brings maturity, strong leadership skills, and experience managing within an upscale or high-volume restaurant environment. This position will have a designated home restaurant location; however, candidates must be comfortable with flexibility between our locations throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Depending on operational needs and the selected candidate’s experience, training may take place at one location before transitioning to another permanent location. The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example, maintains high standards, builds strong relationships with employees and guests, and is comfortable stepping into a fast-paced operation with confidence. Responsibilities Lead daily Front of House operations while maintaining Kaluz service and hospitality standards. Coach, develop, and hold FOH team members accountable for performance and service expectations. Maintain a visible leadership presence on the restaurant floor. Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ongoing development of FOH employees. Assist with managing labor, staffing levels, and operational efficiency. Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with a hospitality-first approach. Partner closely with the General Manager, culinary leadership, and other managers to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Maintain standards related to cleanliness, organization, appearance, safety, and overall guest experience. Support restaurant operations at another Kaluz location when business needs require additional leadership coverage. Help foster a professional, accountable, and team-oriented workplace culture. Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant management experience required, preferably within an upscale, polished casual, fine dining, or high-end restaurant concept. Strong Front of House operational knowledge and guest-service skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams. Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and a mature leadership approach. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain composed and make effective decisions in a high-volume environment. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations. Must be willing and able to work between Kaluz locations in Broward and Palm Beach Counties when needed. Compensation $70,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience.
