What’s a typical day as Forklift Operator - Sourcing MRC? You’ll be:

• Safely unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of industrial products, tools, and equipment
• Selecting and operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other warehouse equipment to transfer materials efficiently
• Verifying products against packing lists and ensuring quality standards are met
• Assisting with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Assembling and packaging customer orders, preparing shipments, and ensuring proper documentation
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and coworkers to execute all main steps of the order process
• Supporting general warehouse operations and completing additional duties or projects as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience in warehouse functions, including receiving, inventory, and shipping
• Are skilled in operating equipment such as forklifts, wrapping machines, banding equipment, and cranes (preferred)
• Demonstrate understanding of basic units of measurement, fractions, and decimals
• Possess basic math, reading, typing, and computer skills; comfortable learning new software applications
• Are able and available to work overtime, including some weekends, as business needs require
• Can lift 25-50 pounds overhead and stand for long periods; able to work in varying warehouse conditions (including hot/cold temperatures and loud environments)
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply new skills
• Adhere strictly to all safety policies, guidelines, and training requirements
