Mental Health Therapist

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children in a private practice setting, both in person and via telehealth. Provide mobile mental health services, meeting clients at schools, homes, or other public settings as required. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation for each client session, utilizing clinical terminology. Collaborate with qualified supervisors and team members to develop effective treatment plans. Engage with clients professionally and respectfully, ensuring culturally competent and sensitive care. Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments. Requirements Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field Current and unrestricted LMHC, LMSW, or LMFT OR RMHCI, RCSWI Reliable vehicle & liability insurance required 2-5 years in the mental health field Must be fluent in English. Fluent in Spanish as well is preferred but not required. BLS and CPR certified Proficient in clinical note-taking and terminology. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing mental health therapy using evidence-based treatment methods, with a strong focus on clinical documentation and culturally competent care.
