Travel PACU RN

Role Provides specialized post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgery, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective recovery management. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs and anesthesia recovery, administer medications, respond to emergencies, document care, develop discharge instructions, collaborate with surgical teams, operate PACU equipment, and participate in handoff communications. Qualifications & Skills Minimum one year recent PACU RN experience Valid RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills Physical ability to move and assist patients and equipment Proficiency in reading, writing, PC use, and following instructions Key Attributes Ability to work under pressure, adapt to irregular activity, and maintain attention to detail while ensuring patient safety and comfort. #J-18808-Ljbffr
