E-Commerce Manager - Miami, FL

Our client, an established consumer brand, is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to support the performance and day-to-day execution of its online business. This role will focus on driving digital sales through site optimization, merchandising, promotional planning, and performance analysis while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and engaging online customer experience. Key Responsibilities Analyze site performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve online revenue and engagement Execute A/B tests across site content, merchandising, and promotional initiatives and translate findings into actionable recommendations Partner with Buying to support pricing strategies, promotional planning, and merchandising calendars Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams on email campaigns, promotional messaging, and digital content Coordinate the development and deployment of promotional emails with creative and digital partners Optimize product detail pages to ensure accurate information, effective product messaging, and strong digital merchandising Track key e-commerce metrics and prepare performance reporting and insights for leadership Support the execution of product launches, seasonal initiatives, and promotional campaigns Manage multiple site initiatives and deadlines while collaborating across Buying, Marketing, Brand, and Digital teams Identify opportunities to enhance the online shopping experience and overall site performance Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or online retail Experience working with an e-commerce platform such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or a comparable platform Strong analytical skills with experience conducting A/B testing and translating performance data into business recommendations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large data sets Strong understanding of digital merchandising, product detail pages, and online product presentation Experience supporting email marketing and promotional campaigns Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational and project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Fourth Floor
