Job Details

Role Overview
This is a multi-modality imaging role combining both MRI and X-ray responsibilities. The technician will:

Operate MRI and X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
Administer contrast agents for MRI when needed.
Maintain strict safety protocols for radiation and MRI.
Troubleshoot and maintain imaging equipment.
Collaborate with radiologists and physicians for accurate diagnostics.

Qualifications
ARRT certification in Radiography (required); MRI certification (strongly preferred)
Connecticut state license in good standing
2+ years of experience in MRI and/or X-ray imaging (multi-modality preferred)
Strong knowledge of anatomy, aseptic technique, and medical terminology
