You will partner closely with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable analytics, deliver automated reporting and visualization, and reinforce best practices in data quality, documentation, and workflow automation to support strategic decision-making.Job responsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environmentOversee a high-volume, high-complexity reporting and analytics portfolio, applying strong project management practices to drive timely and accurate deliveryDefine, design, and develop automated data solutions to streamline reporting and generate actionable insightsTranslate business needs into intermediate or complex analytical designs aligned to organizational goalsPresent recommendations and insights to leaders and partners, clearly communicating implications and using data visualization best practicesChampion data quality, validation, and documentation standards across recurring reports and processesGuide the team in building, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows and automated reporting solutionsStay current with analytics best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve team capabilitiesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills10+ years of demonstrated experience leading analytics initiatives and managing a portfolio of reporting and process improvement workBachelors degree in a related filed like analytics, business or software engineering.Experience leading, onboarding, training, and supporting team members in analytics best practicesProficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and automationHands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Alteryx, Sigma, or Qlik (or comparable platforms)Experience with Large Language Models and related advanced analytics techniques applied to business problemsKnowledge of data governance concepts, data validation methods, and documentation practicesStrong stakeholder management skills, including translating business needs into actionable analytics and communicating results clearlyExperience implementing automated reporting and repeatable workflows with documented controlsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsExperience in Commercial Banking or a closely related industryExperience with robotic process automation or workflow orchestration tools used to improve operational efficiencyExperience designing scalable dashboards and self-service reporting for business usersExperience establishing team standards for analytics delivery, quality assurance, and documentation JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
