Why You’ll Love Working at FYZICAL Central Indy Competitive base salary: $78,000–$90,000 BONUS CRITERIA (SIGN ON / RELOCATION / PERFORMANCE / ETC): 8% bonus (4% Team, 4% Individual) based on capacity fill rate Benefits Include: 70% Company / 30% Individual paid benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision; $2K Health Savings Account for those participating in Benefits SEP IRA 3% of gross eligible at 1 year of service $25K Life Insurance – Employer contribution 80 hours of PTO/year, unpaid PTO with approval, Flexible Hours Additional supplemental benefits at employee contribution: Accident Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance Critical Care Insurance Cancer Insurance Life Insurance(additional) Hospital Insurance Dental / Vision (additional) What You’ll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness Complete accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes What We’re Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist in Indiana (or in final stages of licensure) New graduates welcome — mentorship and support provided Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (not required) Vestibular experience or interest is a plus Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Passion for delivering high-quality patient care Why FYZICAL Central Indy?
